Several clinical studies have investigated the potential benefits of Rhodiola rosea in populations exposed to stress and mental fatigue.
Study on the effects of Rhodiola rosea in individuals experiencing stress-related fatigue

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 46 participants with stress-related fatigue evaluated the effects of a Rhodiola rosea extract over a 28-day period.
